Join us every other Sunday at 6:00 PM for Sunday Strong, a 30-minute yoga class designed to support the mental and physical well-being of youth athletes ages 10 and up.
Led by instructor Morgan Belnap, this class helps young athletes:
πββοΈ Reduce tension and soreness
π‘ Prevent injury
π§ Mentally reset and refocus for the week ahead
Whether your child plays sports, dances, or just lives an active life, this short and impactful session is a perfect way to unwind, strengthen, and recover.
β¨ Parents and caregivers are welcome to participate and move alongside their young athletes!
