This immersive experience combines the gentle sounds of crystal bowls with a variety of other soothing instruments and relaxation techniques that nurture the nervous system to create a sanctuary for deep relaxation, healing, stress relief, and self connection.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes. Mats and blankets are provided, but please feel free to bring any other items to encourage comfort and relaxation.
