Aug 2, 10 am - 1 pm
Join us for bison teachings and help us create a bison sculpture! 2-Spirit artist and educator Britt Ross will share bison teachings while you make clay and seeds into beads to adorn the bison sculpture. Drop in at any point and stay as long as you wish.
Can't make it on the Aug 2? From Aug 5 to Aug 31, drop-in during public hours at the Living Prairie Museum to contribute at the paskwâwi-mostos bead making table!
paskwâwi-mostos will be displayed outside of the Galerie Buhler Gallery as part of the exhibit 'Tending to Wild' from September 11 to November 15. The seeds from this project will become a small prairie outside St. Boniface Hospital.
This is a free, drop-in event. All are welcome! No registration needed.
Living Prairie Museum is located at 2795 Ness Ave.
ASL interpretation available if requested 3 days prior to event.
