Hi Cap East Families,
Join us on Tuesday, August 19 at the Biergarten at Olbrich Park for our Annual General Meeting & Club Fundraiser!
We’ll have club activities, gear, and Board members on-site from 5–8pm, but the fundraiser runs from 4–10pm through the Biergarten—so feel free to come early, stay late, or swing by when it works for you.
Just note: we’ll start tearing down around 9pm, so plan to catch us before then if you want to connect, check out the gear swap, or grab some swag.
It’s been a big year. Our club grew to over 500 players, and our 15U Boys Maroon team made Cap East history by qualifying for Nationals in Tampa. This event is a chance to celebrate that success together and keep building our community.
Here’s what’s happening:
Gear Swap – Bring any outgrown cleats, uniforms, shin guards, or other gear, and pick up what your player needs
Cap East Swag for Sale – Fresh merch available to support the club
Fermentorium Brewery – Featured on tap, with a portion of beer sales going back to Cap East
2025 Board Opportunities – We’re looking for new Board members! Stop by to fill out a short Statement of Intent, and chat with current members who’ll be there to answer any questions
