The Town of Southern Pines is bringing a Hydrant Splash Party to Downtown Park—a family-friendly, water-filled event that’s perfect for kids (and kids at heart).

Expect plenty of spray, laughter, and summer fun—all completely free. Just bring a towel, some friends, and your best splash game.
