MOM & BABY YOGA: 6 week series w/ Kayla

Join Kayla, mama of 3, for this 6 week series designed to regain your strength and flexibility postpartum, in a relaxed environment while bonding with your baby and building your village of other like-minded mamas.

During this 6 week series, we will focus on the areas of the body most affected by pregnancy, birth & motherhood. We will also spend time doing a bit of "baby yoga", focusing on developmental milestones, digestion, and overall wellness for your little one.

Birth is not just about bringing babies earthside. It is an initiation into the mother role. This is a space for you to land softly, to align with this new version of you.

DETAILS
- WHEN: Tuesdays from 11am - 12pm
- WHERE: Unheated Room
- WHAT YOU'LL NEED: yoga mat, water and baby + everything you need for baby!
- WHAT TO WEAR: activewear or anything you can move your body in!
- INVESTMENT: $120+hst for 6 weeks ($20/class)
- min 6 participants to run series (if min. required participants enrolled and the series is not sold out, we will have a drop in rate for $29+hst)
- max 17 participants
- best suited for babies 0-12 months (or pre-walking)
- pre-registration is recommended as spots are limited
