Seaside Tennis β€˜StrongHER You’ Program aims to engage with women by offering a free 8 week program (Tuesday 12th August to Tuesday 30th September) based on connection, keeping active and enhancing well-being.

It includes a weekly 60-minute tennis session that is facilitated by an expert tennis coach with a passion for fun. The program includes 7 active tennis/fitness sessions and 1 dedicated wellbeing session.

This program welcomes women of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. In addition to fitness, participants will enjoy social events and one wellbeing sessions.

We offer an accessible, welcoming way for women to connect and grow within the club, with member retention at completion.

We’ll kick things off with a Meet & Greet on Sunday 10th August from 2:30pm to 4:00pm at Seaside Tennis Club. This will be your opportunity to meet fellow participants, connect with club members, and receive your complimentary tennis racquet.
