Day Outing: NSRI Melkbosstrand 4x4 Day, Koeberg Nature Reserve, Saturday 6th September 2025

Dear Cape Land Rover Club Members,

This is an unmissable event, as it only occurs yearly and is limited to 15 vehicles only!

It is the time of the year again for you to put your 4x4 skills to the test during the NSRI Melkbosstrand 4x4 Day. This exclusive event is the only time that you will have the chance of taking on the 4x4 routes of Koeberg Nature Reserve and experiencing the natural beauty and vistas of the reserve.

The Club has reserved the 11:30 departure slot, which means that all attendees must be there before 10:30 to register their entry.

Due to the exclusivity of this event, only fully paid-up members will be accommodated, on a First Come, First Served basis. You can only book a spot with immediate payment of R750!


Venue: Koeberg Nature Reserve (second entrance to Koeberg, on the R27. There will be banners and flags to indicate the gate)

Date: Saturday 6th September 2025

Time: Registration at 10:30am, Departure at 11:30am

Costs: R750 per vehicle, immediate payment required to book your spot

Lunch: Please bring a picnic lunch/snacks

Important Notes:
- All drivers of the vehicles MUST report to the Registration Desk, ONE HOUR before the departure time of their selected group to complete the registration process.
- All Drivers will attend COMPULSORY; driver safety briefing as well as ensure that the vehicle tyres are deflated to the optimum pressure (compressor available for re-inflation after the tour).
- NO persons may be transported in the back of a pick-up type vehicle.
- ALL passengers MUST be seated with their seatbelts fastened in place at all times.
- NO alcohol is permitted before, during or after the drive while still on Koeberg Nature Reserve Property. Eskom reserves the right to test any driver or occupant for alcohol.
- All persons entering the property must adhere to the Koeberg Emergency Plan and any instruction given to them at the time.
- No drone photography is allowed in any section of the reserve or route.
