Learn to preserve a variety of veggies!
The quick pickle method and shelf stable method will be demonstrated.
In this 2 hr class we will make cucumber pickles and dilly beans. We will cover the whole process, safety tips, recipes, adding herbs and spices for flavor and nutrition.
Each participant will take home 2 jars of pickles made in class and recieve 15% discount on all canning supplies.
$35/per person.
