A 6.5 mile circular route taking in Brown Pike, Buck Pike, Dow Crag and the Old Man of Coniston.A stunning route taking in 4 peaks with incredible views back down to Coniston Water.
We start off with 3 summits to the west of the Old Man of Coniston, and end with the Old Man himself.
Then descending via the path to the north past Low Water and through the slate mines & quarries.
We meet at Walna Scar car park at 8.30am, and the hike should take around 5 hours.
