At Kanack, we teach students how to do their own thing, how to play from the heart. You can always play a cover, sure.... But what if it was your own song? And what if making it isn't just fun, it could even be easy? See what we're talking about at our Open Jam!
Whether youβre a seasoned player or just starting out, this is an opportunity to experiment, collaborate, and play from the heart. We teach students how to bring their own music to life and collaborate with others using our all-time #1 rule, "There's No Such Thing As A Mistake."
Curious? Join us on Sunday, July 27 or August 24, 2025 and find out what's going on!
No need to bring anything! Feel free to come just as you are, or bring your guitar, bass, horn, etc. Do you sing? Come on over!
Gear Provided // We have a drum kit, guitar & bass amps, instrument cables, and keyboards available.
Schedule // Jam at 5 pm β Pizza at 6 pm β Wrap up by 7 pm.
Inclusive & Free // This is an open house for interested students and we're very excited to host it. We recommend students ages 8-18, and we are also happy to accommodate all ages, even if you just want to stop by and see what our school is about.
Perfect for students playing rock, electronic, indie, or alternative styles, musicians and songwriters testing new material or seeking bandmates, and anyone craving a creative and judgment-free place to make music.
