Join us for a powerful one-hour class designed to help you move with less pain and more connection to your body. August 26, 2025 from 6:30-7:30pm , Hope and Jen of Sole to Soul, LLC will take you through an experiential movement and learning session about the healing power of reconnecting to the vibration of the Earth.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of grounding and earthing, and explore simple, rooted movement techniques inspired by the ancient flow of Tai Chi. These practices are designed to calm the nervous system, reduce physical tension, and support mobility—from the ground up.
Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain or just want to feel more present and at ease in your body, this class offers a gentle, effective way to reconnect with your natural vitality. We will cover some basics on the art and science of grounding and all the benefits and then plug you in and practice some gentle tai chi movements to prepare your body for better self healing. You will learn how grounding supports natural pain relief and enhances mobility.
