ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES

We must remove 100% of our own garbage

$20 yearly Met Grotto membership required

Bring a caving helmet and at least 3 head lamps (these can be picked up at REI)
bring a 100% change of clothes
You will get absolutely filthy and cold inside the cave.
