Birth Foundations

A monthly birth preparation course held by two doulas in your community! This workshop is divided into two afternoon sessions, for a total of 4 hours of in-depth, personal education. Alongside other pregnant families, you can experience the support and preparation similar to what doulas provide to their clients prenatally.
