MY LESSONS FROM LIFE

ConsciousCafe is a place for connection with others and meaningful discussion about life in a friendly setting. Our August café in Geneva will as usual have guided conversations in small groups, this time sharing the lessons we have learned from our lives to date on a variety of interesting subjects with prompts to help reflection. Whether young or older we all have had experiences which have formed us, informed us and made us wiser in different ways. Journeys which have shaped us, trials which turned to triumphs, everyday epiphanies – all wisdom in hindsight that we can share meaningfully with others. So come and spend a ‘conscious’ summer’s afternoon in the beautiful surroundings of the courtyard café in Geneva’s Musée d’Art et d’Histoire (pictured). It’s a lovely setting for agreeable encounters and friendly discussion over a drink, and maybe some cake.

We meet just before 15H in Le Barocco Café down on Floor -1. There is free entry to the museum and if you can’t manage steps there is an elevator and easy access on Boulevard Jacques-Dalcroze 9.

The format of our events is that you buy your own drinks and we ask for a 5chf contribution to the running costs of the international ConsciousCafe organisation which is non-affiliated, non-profit and totally run by volunteers.
