Spin, twist and drop in this 90-minute workshop exploring the dynamic side of lyra! We'll work on moves that roll and wind around the lyra, beats, small drops, and spin technique.

Prerequisite: This workshop is best for those who have taken 5+ beginner level or higher lyra classes.
