Join us on the mat for an intentional hour of movement.

This slow flow class includes a short guided meditation, is accessible for beginners, and is focused on winding down and taking it easy. Come to the studio to reset and relax. All levels welcome! Taught by Ang Baker: yoga student, instructor (RYT 200) and Sound Practitioner, certified in Trauma Informed Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga.
