Infidels Jazz Presents: Jimi James Trio at Frankie's After Dark

Jimi James Fraser has been playing in Vancouver for years and piano trio has always been a very exploratory process. Channeling the music of pianist like Bill Evans, Ahmad Jamal, and Phineas newborn.Jr To name a few there are so many fantastic arrangements and styles we try to draw from. The group has formed from various members of jazz house alumni through the years and the arrangements are always evolving. With Brad Pearson on bass and Jamison Ko on drums we hope you enjoy our renditions of some of our favourite piano trios.

Frankie's After Dark is a late night series at Vancouver's Premier Jazz Club taking place every Friday & Saturday night, and presented and curated by Infidels Jazz. All shows go from 11PM-1215AM and are $10.
