A challenging class to get you energised for the weekend!

Pilates is an excellent core strengthening, full-body workout, which promotes good posture and form, engaging the breath to achieve sustainable results.

For these classes, you won't need any equipment, just yourself and a mat. Grip socks are helpful but not necessary.
