Did you know that using Yoga Belts/Straps is one of the most effective ways to release stress and tension (tightness) from the muscles and connective tissue of your body? The belts become an extension of our arms so we don't have to strain to hold an Asana, ususally in Yoga we would bind our hands to support us and then be able to relax, but if we are tight, especially in our shoulders, neck, arms etc, that bind can be impossible to maintain or even get there, so how do we move forward to a place of achievement - we grab a belt/strap and then and without increasing tension because we are straining .... we can finally and really let go.
This workshop is Education & Practice, using the belts & holding Asanas for 5 minutes to get the 'Gorgi Reflex' affect - this is where the muscles remember (more about that on the day) Holding the stretch for this amount of time introduces and improves, muscle memory, new neurological pathways and mind maps to make those essential changes.
I will guide you and teach you simple techniques which you can do at home while you relax in the evenings, even when you're watching telly, giving you ownership so you can encorporate this into your daily life and routine, because it is daily practice that really brings about change.

I do supply belts, but feel free to buy/bring your own.
I would also encourage you to buy extra long belts (2 belts as you have 2 legs and 2 arms) 2.5 or 3m
