Hatha yoga is a great way to maintain a healthy and flexible body by renewing and refreshing your energies with an alignment of Asana Sequences, designed to tone and strengthen the muscles while focusing on your breath with a mindful practice. Based upon Yoga traditions, classes encompass a range of practices including physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and subtle body work in a specifically designed order. The aim is to deepen the state of spiritual and physical harmony, through the purification of the mind and body.

It is excellent for students who appreciate longer holds in postures and prefer a slower and more meditative approach allowing time to feel the benefits of a pose. A guided deep relaxation meditation or held savasana is provided at the end of each class. This is a time for you to slow down. Students are encouraged to accept themselves where they are in their practice without expectations. All levels are welcomed and encouraged.
