Improvisational Movement - Wednesdays

12:45 pm - 1:45 pm *Attendees may register up to 10pm Tuesday night before class*

This gentle, playful class invites you to reconnect with your body through guided improvisation and intuitive movement. Using breath, imagery, and creative prompts, we’ll explore how movement can be a tool for self-expression, emotional release, and personal healing. No dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move and listen to your body. Come as you are, and discover the joy of movement in a supportive, judgment-free space. Ideal for anyone seeking creative exploration and a renewed perspective of self.

Please wear comfortable clothing for movement. All bodies welcome!

How to register: Register through this donation button https://square.link/u/olgVg3Ha

Cost: A sliding scale donation to support the teahouse nonprofit ($2.00 - $8.00), all are welcome regardless of ability to pay. Food/drink purchases are encouraged.

Location: Classroom/meditation space, 2nd level
