Beach Yoga with Singing Bowls

This beachside beginner friendly Yin and Yang class blends dynamic sequences with grounding stillness, set to the natural rhythm of the ocean. Singing bowls are woven throughout the practice to support relaxation, balance, and presence.

Class will take place on the sand at Jericho beach, just east of the concession stand (behind Brock House on the beach). Please bring a mat and dress in warm layers.
