Ready for the next chapter in your tango journey? If you’ve completed Tango Foundations – I (or have equivalent experience), this six-week series is designed to elevate your dance vocabulary, ignite your creativity, and bring you closer to the elusive and joyful experience of flow.
You’ll explore six new tango figures—including the Parada y Pasada, Americana, Turning Cruzada, Giro con Sacada, Turning Ocho-Cortado, and Giro con Lápiz y Parada. Each movement is paired with a weekly Flow Concept from modern science and psychology—touching on themes like Neuroplasticity, Hemispheric Integration, and Sensory Awareness. This unique approach deepens both your dance and your self-understanding.
Each class includes:
✨ Progressive instruction for both leads and follows
✨ Weekly Flow themes exploring creativity, integration & dynamic response
✨ Practice time with peers in a warm, growth-minded environment
✨ Optional guided Tea & Tango Practica afterward (5–8 PM)
💰 Tuition & Registration
• Full Series (6 weeks): $99/person
• Couple Discount: $179 for a Lead & Follow pair
• Drop-in: $25/class (space permitting)

Karn Verma
Founder of Feeling Flow, Karn brings together engineering clarity, artistic expression, and meditative presence. A student of tango masters like Pablo Verón and Richard Powers, Karn has taught at Stanford, MIT-CNC, and Jikoji Zen Center, and built a thriving tango and live music scene in Palo Alto.
Sara Aleskova
Sara is a dancer, and musician whose tango journey spans over a decade across local milongas and international festivals. With a background in music composition and performance, and DJing she brings a finely tuned sensitivity to musical phrasing and expression in tango. Her teaching is rooted in presence, elegance, and joyful exploration—helping students find both freedom and clarity in their dance.
🎶 Tea & Tango Practica (5:00–8:00 PM)
After class, stay for our weekly guided practica—an inviting space to review material, meet fellow dancers, and enjoy curated music, tea, snacks, and occasional live performances. DJ’d by community favorites like DJ Sara, and open to dancers of all levels.
🌟 This is the final step in our beginner program—completing Foundations I and III prepares you to move confidently into intermediate tango.
