🐐 This program offers an opportunity to learn about using drones, apps and GPS technology for estimating forage biomass and grazing management. The fencing class will cover different fence types, materials and building techniques suitable for cattle, sheep and goat fences. Participants will also learn about the Veterinary Client-Patient Relationship for small ruminants. Additionally, there will be a lecture on the use of pasture sticks to manage pastures, estimate forage yield and determine when to move animals to the next paddock.
