Adelaide Monthly Integration Circles

The first Thurday of Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, we foster a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment for anyone seeking to integrate a past experience and share elements and insights in a way that supports integration. This is a space to make sense of challenging experiences, to share a meaningful experience with like-minded people, and to connect with the local community.The circle will allow for each of you to share a little about yourself and your experience, while we will also focus on learning tools and techniques to work through experiences in a structured way, guiding you through a process of reflection and action.
