Are you neurodiverse and looking for a relaxed, welcoming space to connect with like-minded individuals? Look no further!

Our Neurotribe group is designed to be a safe, inclusive, and informal space for neurodiverse individuals (aged 16 and over) to meet, chat, and build community.

What We're About:
This group is all about fostering social connection and building a supportive community. Our primary aim is to provide a regular, low-pressure opportunity for social contact and chat.

Who is This Group For?
This group is for individuals aged 16+ who self-identify or are diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental condition such as Autism, ADHD, Tourette's, or similar. You do not need a formal diagnosis to join us – simply identifying as neurodiverse is enough.

Please note: Participants should be able to attend independently and do not require one-to-one support. This group is for social connection and peer support, not professional therapy or formal counselling.

Our Objectives:
To bring neurodiverse people together who may often feel socially isolated.
To build confidence and comfort in social settings.
To create a supportive community for sharing similar experiences.
To connect with like-minded individuals, including those considering or going through a diagnosis process.
To offer a relaxed, informal atmosphere where you can truly be yourself.

What to Expect at a Session:
Our sessions are 2 hours long, and you're welcome to drop in and leave at any time that suits you. The atmosphere is relaxed, with conversations initiated by the group members who want to share their unique experiences of being neurodiverse.

To ensure everyone feels comfortable, our sessions will include:
Activities:
Access to arts and crafts & Fidget Toys.

Varied Spaces:
Access to our dedicated quiet space in our club room, this offers an alternative option for those who prefer less noise, less brightness, or simply a change of scenery. We aim to create more activities based on group member requests.

Coming soon:
Sensory and wellbeing community workshops.
Access to our new refreshed sensory room & garden.
Neurotribe kids (a separate group for under 16's).

Come as you are, relax, and connect with people who share similar lived experiences. We can't wait to meet you!
