So, what is in a Fire Jam?

A Firejam or Fire Evening is a place where fire dancers come together and dance with fire on a square in the city. We practice, play and teach each other and new people tricks how to play.

Everyone is welcome! Either to enjoy the evening and watch, or to take pictures or film, or to try it out yourself!

We play exotic and film-like tunes, dance with fire into the night!
This happens every Wednesday evening, throughout the entire year!
These are not really shows that start at a set hour, we are all volunteers that come together and play with fire.

So fire will be seen in waves throughout the evening. If you are visiting, best around 22h 🔥

Before that, when it's light, people are practising without fire.

It's a joyful gathering! 😊

There will be music and there are nice terraces for drinks, some grass to sit on, benches, pita's and good vibes all around!

If you wish to learn how to play with fire, simply ask, and we'll teach you a few moves (of course without fire first).
