Do you want to get rid of mental chatter?

We can all find that our minds are often busy and also negative.

Through meditation we can begin to create mental space and change our perspective to let go of negativity.

On this half day retreat we will explore some of Buddha’s teachings on how we do this. Recognising where this constant chatter comes from and using timeless techniques to begin to reduce the busyness and create mental space.

Gen Lhachog will guide us through some of Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s teachings from his book ‘How to Understand the Mind’.
