We welcome one of the oldest breweries to come out of Bruges to The Bear for an evening of Belgian Beer Tasting!
In the heart of Bruges lies De Halve Maan Brewery, home to beer brands like Brugse Zot, Straffe Hendrik, and Blanche De Bruges. The story of De Halve Maan began in the year 1856, and now many years, and six generations of the family later, De Halve Maan is still a vibrant brewery that remains true to its origins of authentic Bruges beers.
On the evening we will have 8 different beers for you to taste with Hakim, who will go through all things De Halve Maan Brewery and also all the tasting notes of the beers, giving you a bit more knowledge on the Belgian beer scene! Alongside the beers we'll be serving up some lovely cold meats & cheese from Parlourmentary and some Pretzel bites!
