✨Local boy, Oscar Till passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in October 2024, aged just 10 years old. No signs, no symptoms.✨
His school, Ryders Hayes are looking to raise £45,000 ....... and we want to help.
The Oscar Mile will be a 1200mm-wide path meandering around the internal perimeter of the school field, built in Oscar's favourite colours — blue and green. It will serve as a lasting tribute to his life and character, supporting the physical, emotional, and social development of over 500 children, including 100+ vulnerable pupils with SEND and mobility needs.
This project will directly address the SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health) needs of or pupils, reducing the risk of mental health issues later on in life.
