About the Instructor:
Julie Babudro, lives in New Glasgow and needs more local chair yoga! She went to Shanti Yoga in Dartmouth in the Fall of 2024 to become certified to lead others in a gentle series of seated stretches and movements to calm both body and mind, increase mobility, and lessen chronic pain. Julie also trained for over two years at Kripalu.org in Western Massachusetts from 1988-1990.
