Reiki in the Park

Join us for for Reiki in the Park — a relaxed, all-ages community gathering designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore your energy in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Together, we’ll explore simple energy awareness practices, intention setting, and guided meditation to support your well-being from the inside out.

Whether you're brand new to Reiki or already familiar, you’ll be gently supported in connecting with your natural rhythm and inner clarity.

We'll also be offering hands-on or above-body Reiki during a guided group healing session to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

What to expect:�• Grounding circle and intention setting�• Playful energy protection and awareness practices�• Guided chakra meditation with personal Reiki�• Creative reflection and gentle group sharing

This gathering is open to all ages — kids, teens, adults, and elders.�No experience with Reiki is needed.

Just bring a blanket or mat, some water, and anything that helps you feel grounded.
