Summer Group Fitness Pop-Ups Are Back!
Join us for a fresh summer lineup of group fitness pop-up classes at the Grand Traverse Bay YMCA, free with your Y Membership! Each week features a mix of energizing, restorative, and strength-building workouts led by your favorite instructors. Whether youβre a Y regular or new to our fitness community, this is a fun and flexible way to move your body and try something new.

August 7th - Outdoor Bootcamp w/ Angie 8-9 am (Outside sports fields)
August 10th - Vinyasa Play w/ Amber 11:30 am-12:30 pm (Studio A)
August 16th - HIIT w/ Melanie at 9-9:45 am (YFC)
August 16th- Core30 w/ Melanie from 10-10:30 am (YFC)
August 23rd - Cycle + Strength w/ Melanie 9-9:50 am (YFC)
August 23rd - Core30 w/ Melanie 10-10:30 am (YFC)
August 26th -Vinyasa Play w/ Amber 6:45-7:45 pm (Studio A)
