Come join a brand new running club hosting a fresh new weekly event every Tuesday evening. Come out and join the run of an interval training session. All levels welcome. We plan to do octants (1/8th mile intervals). Beginners will run 8, experienced runners can stay and run 16 or even 24, if they are up for the challenge! Hope to see you there!
