Capoeira AchΓ© Brasil Academy opens the show with exciting Brazilian cultural experience by offering a potpourri of dance, Batucada, and Capoeira. A Brazilian Batucada is a type of samba percussion ensemble. Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of rhythmic dance, breathtaking acrobatics, and self-defence techniques supported by intense music.

A fresh new voice on the local jazz scene, Joanne has been singing on her own and with friends for many years. She offers a wide palette of songs from Jobim to the Great American Songbook.
Kitsilano Showboat offers five nights of free entertainment every week this summer, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from June 18 - August 17, 2025. Showtime 7:00 pm. Something different every evening. Always the most beautiful view in the world.
