Designed to get you moving and enjoying our park, these Tuesday fitness classes are offered free of charge thanks to Friends of St James Park and your local business community, represented by Old Town Toronto's BIA.
πNIA DANCE
Tuesdays: July 8th, 15th, and 6th at 6 pm.
Meet near the pavilion for a Nia Dance class led by Martha Randall of Nia with Martha. All levels are welcome.

Meet near the pavilion for a yoga class led by Ciara McKell. All levels are welcome.

Meet near the pavilion for a Boot Camp class led by Courtney Dyke-Elliott. All levels are welcome.
