Thursday 25th September
10am - 12:30pm
Join us and award-winning fermentation expert Rachel de Thample for a hand-on fermentation workshop using produce grown on the farm.
Not only will you learn how to transform local produce into gut-healthy ferments (learning the basics you can apply to fruit and veg throughout the year), you’ll also have the opportunity to pick the produce straight from the farm, making for even livelier, nutrient-rich ferments for you to take home.
On the day, you’ll make a sauerkraut, a fermented pickle and a jar of honey-fermented fruit to take home, featuring the best produce and raw honey from our farm.
