Avid non-fiction readers, join us for a book club to challenge mindsets, build self-awareness, inspire positive change, and build a toolbox for tackling challenges in life more efficiently. Guided by experienced mental health providers from Novel Therapy, participants will explore relevant wellness themes and connect with others in a safe environment. August’s title is “Atomic Habits” by James Clear. This group meets after-hours from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the Library Multipurpose Room.
