🧘♂️ FMSS Friday Yoga Sessions 🧘♀️
A space to move, breathe, and slow down amidst the madness of med school!
Whether it’s a rough TBL or a tough day on the wards, this is for you!
A yoga series, beginning Friday 1st of August at 5:30PM in the Level 4 Seminar Room. These sessions are open to all students, regardless of experience (or flexibility).
The aim isn’t to fix stress or offer a quick solution to burnout. It’s about carving out one hour that’s just for you, not for study, not for anyone else, just for you.
Mats and light refreshments will be provided.
