Man Up & Downβ is back for its seventh outing in 2026! A challenging 20k coast path trail run supporting Man Down Cornwall, who offer a safe space to meet the current emotional and mental health needs of men who are struggling to cope with the everyday pressures facing them in our modern society.
Man Up & Down 2026β is a timed 20k trail along the North Cornish Coast starting at 9am on Saturday 9th May. Setting off from Portreath, navigating the iconic, rugged, North Cornwall coastline and finishing in Perranporth:). No cut off times, every runner will receive a medal, awards for the top finishers and free race photography!
To help raise funds for this you can make an optional donation upon entry and help provide much needed support within our community. Optional extras include a return shuttle from Perranporth back to Portreath, and the iconic Yellow & black βMan Up & Down 2026β Race Tee!
All participants must be 18 years of age or above, further detail will be posted on our website and facebook page, final race detail will be posted closer to race day.
