Hi friends + fam! Every Saturday for the month of July I am teaching some chill, intuitive, soul-led yoga under the stars.

These are the dates and locations:
July 12th: Silver Sands State Park, Milford
July 19th: Elizabeth Park, Hartford
July 26th: Silver Sands State Park, Milford

We will meet in the parking lot at 5:15pm sharp, then walk over to the spot to practice for 5:30!
