Let us join together and help each other heal through current states of overstimulation and life stress, bringing ourselves back to a place of love and harmony. Through guided meditation, relaxation techniques, sound and scent healing we can create inner calm and share compassion to help heal others and ourselves. Feel free to bring an eye mask/cover to assist with meditation if needed. For all levels of meditation skill.

Location: 185 Brock Street N., Unit #102B, Whitby (brown building on the south east corner of Brock Street and Mary Street. Parking and entrance are located behind the building. Entrance to the parking lot is off of Mary Street.
Registration: All workshops must be paid in full at the time of registration. Please arrive promptly, classes start at the appointed time - doors may be locked for late arrivals.
