Open sparring MMA and Boxing

Open sparring at So Ill Syndicate from 11am to 1pm. All disciplines are welcome, MMA and Boxing. The day pass fee is $10. No extra fees if you are already enrolled with either the Syndicate Gym or with Pharaoh Boxing. A Massage Therapy student is coming in from 11am until we wrap up around 1pm tomorrow. They will be accepting donations, suggested at $15 for 15 minutes.
