Charlottesville friends! Mark your calendars for Nunga Screen, coming to the Violet Crown for one night only! Thursday, August 7th at 7 pm. Kluge-Ruhe director Nici Cumpston will provide an intro.
The first half of the program is suitable for all audiences, while the second half includes films that may not be suitable for children. A short interval will be provided between the two segments.
Nunga Screen is a curated selection of short films including inspiring documentaries, captivating dramas, and artful animation by Indigenous Australian filmmakers. Presented by Country Arts South Australia, The Kluge-Ruhe Aboriginal Art Collection of UVA, and the Virginia Film Festival.
