Emergency First Response

Accidents can happen anytime, anywhere. With Emergency First Response® (EFR®) first aid and CPR training, you'll gain the essential skills to help someone in need and become a critical link in the chain of survival. 🚑

This course is a must for anyone registering for the PADI Rescue Diver course, as it provides the foundational knowledge and hands-on experience needed to handle life-threatening emergencies.

The course is divided into two key areas:

Primary Care: You'll learn how to identify and respond to life-threatening situations, including administering CPR, recognizing a stroke, managing spinal injuries, and more.

Secondary Care: You'll gain the skills to treat injuries or illnesses that aren't immediately life-threatening, such as bandaging, splinting, burn care, and responding to animal bites or stings.

This course is open to everyone—whether you’re a diver or not, it’s valuable knowledge for anyone in any field. Through realistic scenarios and hands-on practice, your instructor will help you build confidence in your lifesaving skills.
