Looking to start or perhaps re-start your running/walking journey ? Come and join us !
Our OSH 12-week program caters for both aspiring walkers and runners, who would like to increase their fitness levels and learn more about this fast growing sport. The beginners program is geared to take your fitness level to new heights. Meet up with like-minded people, in a safe environment, with experienced helpers alongside you through every step of your journey.
The program includes:
· Entry into your 10km Graduation Race
· Training runs 3 times weekly
· Advice from experienced runners and walkers
· Advice about nutrition, hydration, strength training and stretching techniques
Program starts: Monday, 1 September
Graduation Race: MP Titans 10km in November
Training times: Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 7am.
