Or maybe you’re simply craving an embodied reset: space to listen to your body, soften the noise, and feel a little more like you again.

Welcome. This 2.5-hour experiential introduction to the healing power of somatic movement is for you.

WHAT IS HEALING SOMATIC MOVEMENT?
Somatic movement is a gentle, profound practice of ‘deep body listening’ where we can once again, truly hear ourselves. It helps us unwind long-held tension, recalibrate the nervous system, and re-establish the inner trust we often lose in the busyness of life.
Rather than performing movement for the body, we move with the body - guided from within, moment by moment.

It’s where rest meets repair.
Where softness meets strength.
Where healing happens not by force, but through attunement.


IN THIS INTRODUCTORY SESSION, YOU'LL EXPERIENCE

🌀 Interoceptive exploration – practices that help you feel and move from the inside out

🌿 Gentle floor-based movement – slow, intuitive movement patterns that soothe and realign

💬 Guided reflection and group sharing – connection and reflection in a safe, non-judgmental space

Whether you’re brand new to somatic work or already teaching movement, this will be a rich and restorative immersion into what’s possible when we truly listen to the body’s wisdom.
