Reusable Glowsticks, these can be purchased in class or online for £6 a pair & then you collect at class & yours to keep & re-use! We only allow official Clubbercise glowsticks in classes as they have been tried and tested.

This class is for everyone as it has low and high impact levels so you can choose what suits your own fitness level anytime.
