This is a weekly casual run, welcome to all paces. If you can run 8km, we don't care how fast or slow you do it! Newbies are welcome, you just show up. We're VERY friendly!
Meet in the parking lot off of Lawrence for 8km (usually on the rail trail so bring a light).
- we wait at 3 checkpoints to ensure everyone is accounted for
- feel free to chat, or not, maybe you just want the safety of a group and that's cool too
